Stacy McCarthy, B.S., E-RYT500 is a Wellness Expert, Coach and Author in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. Recently named by IDEA, the world’s largest fitness organization as a finalist for “Instructor of the Year” making significant contributions in inspiring the world through the body, mind & spirit, Stacy is the creator of 5 best selling yoga dvd’s and the author of Transformational Teaching: Lessons Learned On & Off The Mat. As the Yoga Director for Yoga School of Business, she leads monthly coaching programs, as well as mentoring teachers for Yogaworks Professional Level Training. In addition, she is a faculty member at Miracosta College Yoga Certification Program.

Teacher Training

Stacy leads both 300 & 500 hour Yoga Alliance registered Teacher Trainings throughout the year in addition to her workshops and conferences both live & on DVD.

Stacy hosts her trainings with Yogaworks and is a professor at Miracosta College’s 300 hour yoga certification. In addition, all her workshops and immersions have continuing education credits.

Private Retreats

Gather friends or family and create your own yoga retreat. Invite Stacy to join you for a week or weekend of personalized yoga instruction at a location you choose.
