A Day of Namaste is a fully immersive day of self care, and an opportunity to be in supportive community as you trek along your wellness journey. ADON will transform your mindless habits into mindful rituals by focusing on the three main aspects of your daily life- How You Eat, Move and Think. You’ll experience the magic and beauty of life, while enjoying the benefits and bliss of being embodied in beautiful nature, deepening your connection with body, mind, spirit, community, and practice.

ADON is about redefining the way we approach longterm health- moving away from short-lived #goals into a strategized implementation of healthy rituals which promote lasting vitality, radiance, and wellbeing. Our method to finding lasting health and a happier day-to-day lies in mastering The Big 3! How You Move, How You Eat, and How You Think. These three areas shape our lifestyles and so shape our well being in Mind, Body and Spirit.
The Big 3! are inextricably related and affect all areas of our health.We believe that stepping up to take care of ourselves and redefining our habits is a part of the self transformation that is the journey of Yoga. This process of coming into our own light reveals the greatness that has always been present… There is no choice but to shine.
HOW YOU MOVE
Yoga Asana will be lead by world renowned yogini and yoga educator, Stacy McCarthy. Stacy will diligently guide you in aligning and opening up the body both physically and energetically. Break up the energetic binds that are getting in the way of your fullest expression of self, and work to perfectly align the body in this practice. Later in the day, immerse yourself in gentle meditation and partner yoga. Open to yogis of all levels! No experience is required to join.

A Day of Namaste is an opportunity for you to be the person you really want to be. Be the first to hear Forbes thought leader and Peak Performance expert, Tom McCarthy speak about his latest book, The Breakthrough Code! You’ll learn three Big Ideas and habits to go with them that you can apply from the Breakthrough Code that will help you get what you want easier and faster, no matter how big your goals are!

Q: I’ve never practiced yoga before, is this event for me?
A: Yes! A Day of Namasté is designed to inform and support all levels of practitioners. Stacy McCarthy’s masterful yoga sequencing and queuing will make the physical practice accessible to novices and challenging for experienced yogis.
Q: Who should attend A Day of Namasté?
A: A Day of Namasté is for anyone seeking a clarity of mind, a stronger body, more vitality and less stress in the New Year. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or have never been to a class, this dynamic day retreat is designed to fuel your fire with good yoga, good food and good vibes. This retreat is open to men and women, ages 13+.
Q: What should I wear/bring?
A: We do not have a specific dress code for A Day of Namasté, but we recommend you wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely and sit with ease. We encourage you to dress in layers, as it can become chilly during savasana following the yoga practice and in the evening as we wind down. You’ll also need to bring a yoga mat, a bottle for water, and a journal. You can also refer to the “pre-event checklist” that will be sent out prior to the retreat
