A Day of Self Love
Be Your Own Valentine
I am passionate about helping people create lifelong rituals which ensure their success, wellbeing and sustaining ability to thrive. Establishing healthy habits takes practice, persistence, and patience- whether it’s taking on a new diet, exercise regime, or adopting a new mindset.
The process of gaining lasting Self Love is no different. It takes time, practice, and many ups and downs to test if we’re really doing our homework.
Yes, love is work. Sometimes. But what better work could there be?
Honing the ability to love ourselves fully – no matter the external circumstance – is priceless. Self Love breeds contentment, joy, health, ability to be of service, and the ability to love others fully. It is only from offering ourselves love that we can offer it to others.
Remembering the importance (and vitality) of Self Love is especially important in times when society asks us to show our love with boxes of chocolates and flowers. Not that these things aren’t lovely… but they’re not L-O-V-E, Love. To truly experience Love, we must go past the image of love, and dive deep into the embodiment of love.
This state is cultivated from deep within, and only from within. To me, loving self is akin to looking within through eyes of love, a gentle heart, and a nurturing mind.
Below you’ll find some of my favorite Self Love Rituals. These are the practices that help me nurture myself, that give me care when ego says I’m not worth it, that nourish me so that I may nourish my family and students. They are by no means the only way to cultivate Self Love, but they are a few.
Feel free to take a full day going through all of these practices together; or just add in one per day, and feel how even a moment of offering yourself love makes such a world of difference.
1. Loving Kindness Meditation
My go-to, always, everyday. Love of any kind starts with Self Love. This meditation, practiced in three parts starts with self, then extends to an individual of choice, then to all beings. The order is not to create a hierarchy, but to validate the importance of giving within before giving abroad. I like to begin each morning with this meditation.
May my heart be filled with Loving Kindness.
May I be well.
May I be peaceful and at ease.
May I be happy.
(Repeat 2x, replacing “my/I” with “your/you” and then “our/us”)
2. Abhyanga + Hot Bubble Bath
Your body is your temple, and showing it a little love will go a long way. Taking a moment to clean your body and pamper yourself with pleasure is a beautiful act of Self Love. Immerse yourself in a hot bubble bath, with candles, your favorite calming music and essential oils. Then, for a few minutes, slather melted coconut oil over your entire body- don’t miss an inch! Tend to the spaces that normally don’t get looked at. Massage away tension. I promise you’ll feel good… and your skin will love it.
3. Take Time to Do Your Practice
Rid of what is not serving you, and make space for what you love. If you have four appointments scheduled in a day, but aren’t taking 10 minutes to care for your body and mind- rethink how you’re prioritizing your Self Love. Reschedule an appointment, and instead go take a yoga class, call a girlfriend to have lunch, close your eyes and listen to your breath… When we are over scheduled and overwhelmed, we simply can not offer our best selves. Quality over Quantity. Work can wait, but habitually not taking care of your body will eventually mean that you can’t work at all.
4. Nourish Your Body
Eat well. Feed your body beautiful foods. Feed yourself lovingly. Be aware of what you consume. Have a sensual experience with your food by eating slowly, and savoring all the flavors, textures and subtleties of your cuisine. Don’t eat on the go. Eat purposefully, graciously, and with ease. Your body will better assimilate the nutrients of your food, your digestion will improve, and you’re weight will very likely balance out on its own.
Try this little something extra for you sexy food lovers… Beaming Cafe’s Sexy Mayan Smoothie! I was more or less obsessed with this smoothie when it was first launched. Sending you all lots and lots of love.
What does it really take to find your purpose?
You can’t force your purpose… What you’re meant to do will flow through you with ease, grace and abundance. And it absolutely will, if only you allow it to.
It will take deep work, inner-looking, and patience with yourself. It will take pushing through your fears and self-imposed boundaries.
And it will take letting yourself go freely into the flowing process of self-discovery.
You can think of it like this:
Your body and mind are channels which conduct energy. When these channels are clear, embodied energy can flow through you with ease- i.e.: whatever you’re desiring to become or create will manifest naturally.
Creating a clear channel through which energy can flow is the first step to honoring your ability to shine, to do what you love, and to live for your unique purpose.
By doing your practice. Every. Single. Day.
The bottom line: Do your self-work. Practice loving your body, respecting your mind, and taking time to rest. Practice pushing through discomfort- in asana, in meditation, during your work day. Practice loving fully, practice compassion, practice peace and ease of mind.
It may sound silly, but being there for yourself will allow you to truly listen to what your soul desires.
And from there, you will begin to live for your purpose.
Maybe what you’ll discover isn’t what you thought you wanted when you were younger. Maybe it’s not being a CEO, or an astronaut, or the president.
Maybe you’ll find that your unique purpose is being a supportive spouse, a loving and attentive mother, a team player at work, an inspired entrepreneur, or a better steward of the earth.
No matter your end goal, you can only start from where you are right Here and Now. So, breathe, be here, and trust that you’ll discover your purpose as it unfolds.
How one yogi began living for her purpose…
Betsy is a dear friend and an alumni of my seasonal day retreat series, A Day of Namaste. After attending the last ADON, Betsy was inspired to ditch her limiting self-view and begin living for the purpose of her higher self! Her story is truly inspiring. In her second trimester of pregnancy, she was let-go from a company which was going through bankruptcy. Some fear, and a bit of an identity crisis took over, but then… something magical happened. In going with the flow, in listening to her soul’s desire, she realized that the job she thought would always support her was actually holding her back. And so she created her own lifestyle blog for Mamas and Mama-To-Be’s, called Beautiful With Baby. Read her story below, and check out her beautiful site!!
Betsy and I recently led a Mamaste Meditation Hike at Beaming Cafe Del Mar. We shared our favorite superfood concoctions for Mamas, and talked about what inspires us to live fully aligned with our purpose. I even shared the McCarthy family creed, which begins with our Family’s Purpose.
Here it is: McCarthy Family Purpose
The purpose of our family is to love and support each family member in achieving the fulfillment that comes from doing their best to fulfill their life purpose. maintaining high levels of integrity, and working to improve themselves each day.
And our: McCarthy Family Creed
- Today I give thanks for all that I am and all that I have.
- Today I treat everyone I see with love and respect.
- Today I focus on staying the paphto fulfilling my life purpose.
- Today I do my best in everything I do.
- Today I do my best to improve my knowledge, skills, health and attitude.
- Today I create abundance for myself and all those around me.
“I am so fortunate to have been able to attend one of Stacy’s A Day of Namaste retreats. The minute you are welcomed through the doors at A Day of Namaste, you can automatically sense that by the end of the retreat your mindset and daily routine will be shifted for a greater good. Going into my last retreat I was in a state of uncertainty in my career. At 5 months pregnant I was seeking to grow a side business that would allow my creative side to shine and be compensated for. During the retreat I was given the guidance, tools, and shift in mindset that has now led me to be going full throttle with my lifestyle blog, Beautiful With Baby. I am now being sought out by major beauty and apparel brands for partnership. A year ago I never would’ve put myself out there to welcome this kind abundance with the fear of rejection. This change was directly influenced from attending ADON. The education you receive at A Day of Namaste is full circle. Everything from a healthy diet, movement, and mindset are crucial to living your best life and reaching your goals. I also learned how to karate chop a piece of plywood in half at the last retreat. So cool. Hiiii-ya!” – Betsy B.
Every wonder why your skin’s not glowing? Why your joints are achy? Why you can’t recover after a high intensity workout? The reason, more than likely, is that you’re inflamed.
Why Fight Inflammation?
Inflammation is a positive and natural part of a healthy immune system. When you get a bug bite and your skin shows localized redness- that’s inflammation helping to rid of the toxins from the bite.
But, it has its time and place… Researchers have shown us that low-grade, chronic inflammation is a major contributor to a compromised immune system, and a resulting slew of health problems.
Inflammation has been linked to: pre-mature aging, various digestive problems, various cancers, chronic fatigue, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, overall irritability in body and mind, and more. It has even been linked to neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimers!
Eek! So, what can I do about it?
There’s a lot to be done to live a life that promotes Anti-Inflammation (Contributors to inflammation can include lack of sleep, lack of exercise, diets low on Omega 3 fatty acids and high in Omega 6 fatty acids, chronic stress, poor gut health, lack of time outdoors, low-grade food allergies and sensitivities, and environmental toxins). Health is complex and typically requires addressing habits in all areas of our lives, but we can start in the area we can most control… our diets.
Here are my rudimentary rules to Eating For Anti-Inflammation:
Stick to Water Based Foods!
Eat what Alkalizes!
Get Plenty of Anti-Oxidants!
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!
It’s that simple?!
Yes! Can you believe it? In print, the path to a body free from excessive inflammation is accessible and simple. But, in practice it can be challenging- not because these foods aren’t delicious or easy to prepare, but because we’re fighting against old habits and cravings…
“Joint pain, bloating and foggy thoughts are not imagined symptoms, They’re the result of improper diet. Make eliminations. Start with wheat, then dairy, then sugar. These are the most inflammatory foods.” ― Nancy S. Mure
Eliminating these addicting foods is the first step. But instead of going cold-turkey, try reducing the amount you consume and pairing them with seriously hydrating, alkalizing foods at first. Don’t get stuck on “getting rid” of the old, just “add in” supportive, nutrient dense foods and notice the difference you feel. Once you notice how good it feels to fuel your body with what it really wants, it’s hard to go back to your old way of eating.
What should I eat?
Let’s go back to our list:
Stick to Water Based Foods!
Eat what Alkalizes!
Get Plenty of Anti-Oxidants!
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!
Water Based Foods are typically plants, typically green and typically raw. Try eating a big salad every day, juicy fruits (minimally), and vegetables like cucumber, tomato, radishes, lettuce, kale, carrots, spinach, zucchini, broccoli and sprouts. It is ok to eat cooked food, but do your best to cook slowly, on low heat (under 140′) and without excessive oil or butter. It is also ok to eat your favorite proteins, but try limiting the portion- just a small fist size – paired with a giant salad.
Alkalizing Foods are foods that stabilize your pH level and create a vibrant environment in which longterm health thrives. Disease loves an acidic environment- so does inflammation. Try beginning each day with a big cup of warm water with lemon. Even though lemon is on its own acidic, when metabolized it becomes alkaline. Some of the most alkalizing foods are lemon, Himalayan Pink Salt, grasses and greens, kelp, ginger, radish, chia, cucumber, beans, cauliflower, avocado, and coconut oil. Neutral pH foods include oatmeal, and dates.
Anti-Oxidants help to protect your cells from the effects of free radicals in the body. Try including foods in your diet that are rich in anti-oxidants like beets, blueberries, flax seeds, onion, sea weed, garlic and turmeric. Taking a walk next to the ocean or sitting with a purring kitty can also help to manage free radicals by providing the body with negative ions!
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate! And I’m not kidding! Your body is made up of up to 60% water. Your brain and heart alone are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. When you wake up, make sure water is the first thing that enters your body. And keep your glass full throughout the day. Not only does proper hydration help you to metabolize your food, it will help to keep your bowels functioning optimally, and will help keep your mind happy. Often when you’re feeling “foggy, lethargic, and warn out” you are just dehydrated.
Try waking up with this ANTI-INFLAMMATORY TURMERIC TONIC:
2 cups coconut water (or filtered water)
2 tbsp grated fresh turmeric (or ½ to 1 tsp dried turmeric powder)
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
juice from 1 lemon or orange
1 tbsp raw honey or real maple syrup
pinch of black pepper
Optional: a pinch of cayenne or cinnamon
DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients into high speed blender and blend until smooth. Drink as is or strain before serving.
Don’t forget the pepper!
Turmeric gets its anti-inflammatory properties from its Curcumin, which is an anti-oxidant therefore reducing free radicals, helps to regulate digestion by regulating the gallbladder and bile production, promotes healthy heart function, and may even help to prevent viral and bacterial diseases in the body! But make sure you add in some black pepper. Curcumin doesn’t easily release into the bloodstream until this spice is added.
And next time you’re at Beaming Cafe, try starting your meal with a Vitality Shot. This little shot packs a kick, but it’s worth it! It also kicks inflammation out of the body with a heavy dose of lemon, ginger and turmeric!
Here’s to a healthy, beaming YOU!!
With Love + Namaste,
Is it quantifiable on a time table or by a number with a money sign- or is it a feeling inside and the quality of life you receive in exchange for your efforts in keeping up with it?
This value can be many things for different people- but chances likely are that you see your health as invaluable.
We often don’t realize how much we do value our health until it’s gone- until we’re too injured to go to class, too si
ck to think clearly, or too frail to take that trip you’ve always dreamed of. But, why wait to begin appreciating, and even increasing, your health and vitality until its too late?
Here are some ways to honor and increase the value of your health NOW:
1. Commit to taking excellent care of your mind and body
You wouldn’t expect your car to remain spotless on a road trip- nor should you expect your body and mind to never be touched by the challenges of life’s journey. Committing to taking care of yourself means you are committed to the required maintenance regimen it takes to keep your engine running smoothly over bumpy roads. Seasonal tune-ups are a great way to ensure you are continually taking care of yourself and maintaining the value of your health.
2. Think Preventative > Reactionary
Again- don’t wait until its too late. When assessing your value, look at your current state with honesty, and then come up with a plan that will continually combat your “problem areas”. The more preventative your health routine, the more value saved in the long run.
3. Learn to adapt
One thing in life is certain- your body, your mind, your health, will all change. You won’t always be able to prepare for the changes, but you can prepare for the process of change. A changing body with different abilities doesn‘t mean you have less or more value- but it does mean you’ll have to adapt. Stay present to the changes, and learn to go with the flow.
4. Honor your rituals
Going to the gym isn’t just another chore- it’s an opportunity to practice self love and to honor your self worth. Every part of your day can be made into a ritual of this kind, and can add dramatically to the value of your overall wellbeing. When brushing your teeth stops being a bother and begins to be an honor, you are more likely do it with integrity and quality- and in so, you are increasing the value of your efforts and of your health.
5. Practice Gratitude
Sometimes noticing how valuable your body and mind already are just takes a moment of stepping back and looking… Take a moment each day to reflect upon the gifts you’ve been given- look at how much your body does for you each day, at how blessed you are to be able to choose your thoughts, and at the marvel of how your body and mind work so seamlessly together. Like a rusty silver chain, sometimes the value of your health is hidden until you give it a little shine.
The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines health as “the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit; especially: freedom from physical disease or pain”. How progressive this statement seems in a quick-fix physical world of flash diets and high intensity workout programs. This description truly captures the essence of health- soundness in mind, body and spirit.
This way of thinking of health, while radical and progressive compared to the mainstream approach, is actually rooted in ancient traditions. The sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda have sought to bring balance to mind, body and spirit since their inception into the human experience. The practice was built to inspire and restore the practitioner into healthful balance, by offering deep insight into imbalances through earnest deep-looking, dedicated physical routine and sincere effort to move past Self.
Though this method of gaining and keeping good health is ancient, it is invariably relevant to our lives today. We are busy as ever, high on stress and buried by duties, making it so easy to fall into imbalance. The practice of Yoga offers us the tools for us to use to feel good- for immediate and lasting health. As the great Yogi B.K.S. Iyengar so eloquently said, “Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.”
Whether you consider yourself a Yogi or not, a regular yoga practice can teach us all a thing or two about living a healthy lifestyle. From the food we eat, to our work schedules, to how we handle our relationships and even to the thoughts we allow ourselves to think, Yoga promotes health and balance in all areas of our lives.
Inspired by the ancient practice and shaped for the present, this is my creed to living a healthy, thriving and Beaming life:
Take excellent care of your body.
It is the only place you have to live! Your body needs to be a good support system for the mind and spirit. If you take excellent care of it, your body will take you wherever you want to go, with the power, strength, energy and vitality you will need to get there. Make your movement mindful and meaningful so you get the most from it. Buy the best quality food possible that includes organic, superfoods that will keep your engine running smooth. Give yourself time to rest.
Create healthy rituals.
A daily Yoga Asana practice is a great way to keep your body and mind in balance and available for use when you really need it. Not only does this practice create a strong and lean body, but it conditions our breathing to take in more oxygen, which we need for all vital functions. A great morning ritual is to break your overnight fast, with a low glycemic, high protein drink. I love combining Beaming’s Pure Green Juice with fresh almond milk which makes it both cleansing and protein rich. If you find you easily fall off track from a daily practice, try inviting a seasonal ritual into your schedule to help you reset. Whether it’s practicing 108 Sun Salutations at the change of the seasons or participating in a Seasonal Cleanse, sometimes all you need is a reminder to get back on track.
Research and Study YOU.
Studying ancient traditions and methods of introspection (Yoga, Astrology, Ayurveda) or more modern Personal Development methods can help the mind to cultivate and maintain deep awareness. The greater your personal awareness grows, the more likely you are to do things that are of benefit to yourself.
You have to have a life that has more meaning than just making money or running your business. Giving back, paying it forward, and contributing beyond yourself reminds you of what life is truly about- building others up and growing healthful communities. The act of giving transforms your self identity into one of compassion, love and gratitude. The latest research from the International Journal of Behavioral Medicine shows that people who give more are actually happier.
Let your light shine.
We all have a responsibility in life to be something more than ourselves, to achieve a higher purpose. Never stop trying to make yourself the BEST version of you. You deserve to be great- let it empower you to grow your light and shine! Share it with the world.
Find your tribe.
You become like those whom you surround yourself with, so choose the company you keep wisely. The people around you should offer support and encouragement, and delight in everything about you.
Magnify your meditation.
If sitting still is challenging, choose to focus on powerful thoughts and emotions as your meditation. Some of my favorites are, “My body is perfect, whole and healed”, “All I need is within me now”, and “I love my life. I am so blessed”.
Scintillating Health & Vitality
I was coaching a client recently and her weight was stuck at more than she wanted and had less energy than she needed to really thrive. She thought she was doing all the right things and couldn’t understand why she hadn’t made a bigger shift. We took a look at some of her daily habits and made a few simple adjustments that have made a big impact. The key is to start where you’re at and add in more nourishment rather than making drastic changes.
She had made some significant changes in her eating habits such as converting from dairy milk to Almond Milk and Coconut Water for her post practice drink of choice. What she didn’t realize is that there is a dramatic difference in the quality and nourishment of various so-called good for you foods.
She mentioned to me that she uses almond milk as the base of her smoothies which is great. But then, we discovered the almond milk she was using had 7g of sugar and was not organic. The easiest step to improve this option is to check the grams of sugar and buy the un-sweetend version. To boost your nourishment to an optimal level, try making your own Almond Milk. I made a short video on how to make your own Almond Milk by soaking, sprouting and making a fresh, raw choice that is easier to digest by releasing the lipase in almonds an enzyme which helps break down body fat. Watch this Short Video on how to make your own…Sprouted Almond Milk.
Switching to coconut water was her post practice drink which is packed with nutrients, however the brand she was using had 36g. of sugar. To boost this choice I suggested she switch to Raw, Organic, Coconut Water. My favorite is by Harmless Harvest which is significantly lower in sugar. Plus choosing raw means higher nutrient bioavailability and elevated sourcing standards.
My client was significantly reducing all fats from her diet. Not only was it affecting her weight, but her hair, skin and nails were suffering as well. Getting rid of the Trans Fatty Acids such as butter, margarine, cheese, and processed foods is a good choice, but we need the unsaturated good fats as a major source of energy for our bodies. These “good” unsaturated fats include the essential omega 3 fatty acids that help lower the risk of heart disease & cancers.
Fats in their natural, unprocessed form, serve five major functions
1. They build cell membranes.
2. They aid in the production of hormones.
3. They raise metabolism and create energy.
4. They protect the body by buffering & neutralizing acids.
5. They provide lubrication to the body so that the cells are free to move.
6. Unprocessed fats are any fats that occur in their natural state. The best examples are the fats contained in avocados, olive oil, almonds & flax seed oils.
Go Green and Alkaline Your Body
If you are overweight, you most likely do not have a “fat” problem, you have an acid problem! Too much acid in the body, acidosis, has two consequences: First, it will likely cause the body to produce insulin, and thus, to store more fat. Second, it will cause the cells to break down due to the pressure to continually produce insulin.
Too much acid decreases the oxygen affinity of hemoglobin in the blood.
The free radical damage of cell walls and membrane structures is accelerated. Consequences of this include premature aging, eyesight & memory problems, wrinkles, age spots, poor hormone regulation & more.
When blood plasma becomes more acidic, it acts as a chemical irritant that slowly attacks & eats away at the smooth muscle tissues of the inner walls of arteries & veins, weakening the structural composition & creating irregular blood pressure.
Acid increases the likelihood of cellular mutations.
The body has decreased access to energy reserves due to inhibition of efficient cellular & body metabolism.
An acidic pH allows the binding of cholesterol to heavy metals & other cellular debris, increasing the rater at which plaque builds up in the vascular network.
Simple Ways To reduce Acid & increase Alkaline
Put lemon in the water you drink throughout the day
Use lemon & a tiny bit of good Celtic sea salt on your salad
Substitute sprouted wheat breads & pizza crusts for white or wheat bread.
Keep a fresh salad in the refrigerator so you always have on ready to eat.
Green Juice daily
Here are a few of the final rules my client incorporated that balanced her weight and boosted her energy.
1.Drink Water Before & After Your Meals Not During.
Drinking in advance of eating will fill you up, and stop you from overeating. In addition, refraining from drinking water will give you the chance to breathe correctly, aiding in digestion.
If your thirsty during your meals it means you don’t have enough water content in your meals or you have not hydrated enough during the day.
2. Eat in a Relaxed State
Eliminate all distractions, including the TV & Internet.
Chew your food slowly, taking in small bites & maintain a tranquil state.
3. Eat Comfortable Amounts of Foods.
Americans have a distorted sense of portion sizes. The Japanese culture practices Hara Hachi Bu which means eat until you are 80% full. Switching from a Super-size portion,to the 80% full philosophy is a rule worth adopting.
4.Eat Organic Foods
Consistently ingest food that is free of modern pesticides, antibiotics or growth hormones.
5. Timing is Everything
Eat small amounts every 3-4 hours
6. Add Supplements to your Diet As Needed
The best advice is to start where you’re at and add in more nutrient versions of what you love. Look at all your choices and be conscious of the hidden sugars, pesticides and processing.
Sprouted Almond Milk
If you’ve never tried nut milk, you’re in for a treat! It tastes so much better than cow’s milk and is easy to make. The following are 5 easy steps to making the most nutritious and delicious almond milk.
1) Soak 1 cup of raw organic almonds in 2 cups of filtered water with a few spritzes of food-grade 3% H2O2 to kill off any bacteria. Soak for 2 days, changing the water twice per day – once in the morning and once in the evening. (Double the quantity if you want to make a larger batch.)
2) Soak for approximately 48 hours because it allows the almonds to begin sprouting which changes the nutritional composition and maximizes nourishment.
Have you ever eaten shelled sunflower seeds? Then you know that they are slightly oily and contain fat. How about that same sunflower seed 10 days later after it’s sprouted into a sunflower green? Now it’s green crunchy, fresh and plump with water. Where did the fat go? The process of sprouting changed the nutritional composition of the seed.
When you sprout almonds, you will see a tiny bud starting to form at the tip of the almond and a crack down the center where the almond is about to split so the sprout can emerge. This will only happen if the almonds are truly raw, fresh and viable.
3) Place the cup of almonds in a high-speed blender or Vitamix with two cups of water, a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt and an optional sweetener like vanilla bean seeds, or yacon syrup. I prefer just a little yacon syrup since it is sweet, and has an extremely low glycemic index. If you are making a flavored milk like chocolate milk or chai, now is a good time to add the raw cacao or spices. Blend at high speed. Taste test your milk and adjust to desired flavor.
4) Pour the almond milk through a nut milk bag and squeeze to separate the almond pulp from the milk. The almond pulp can be used to make other treats like raw almond cookies, but the pulp will only keep fresh for 1-2 days refrigerated unless you dehydrate it into almond flour.
5) Viola! You’re done and now you can enjoy your almond milk straight or use it to make a creamy smoothie, add to recipes, breakfast cereal, and so much more.

Several years ago, Lisa Odenweller was in my Yogi Training when I told a story about paying my kids $1 every morning to drink a shot of home made green juice. Since then she began studying the work of top nutrition experts, nationally renowned holistic chefs and cleansing experts. As a result of her transformative cleansing experience and entrepreneurial experience, Beaming was born. Lisa saw an opportunity to create a program that offered a REALISTIC, COMPREHENSIVE, NUTRITIONALLY RICH, DELICIOUS and EDUCATIONAL lifestyle approach to cleansing. She set out to fill the need for a program that went beyond the current weight-loss fad, deprivation-laden, confusing cleansing regimens on the market. When Lisa shared her vision with me, I was committed to share my resources to help grow Beaming and change people’s lives. I am thrilled to be a part of a program that will help you feel balanced, gain more energy, attain greater mental clarity and create a radiant glow. Beaming’s first bBar, a Superfood, Vitality bar is opening Thursday, December 21st in Del Mar serving organic cold pressed juices, Superfood Smoothies, salads and raw dishes. The menu is exotic, gourmet, delicious with maximum nourishment and you won’t have to pay your kids a $1 to drink a shot of green juice!
